Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs says in an interview with Ben Smith that “We need to understand that Russia, at least in the foreseeable future, is not going to attack any NATO countries in a classic military way” but through “hybrid warfare” which has been “ongoing” since 2018.
He also talks Ukraine war and the situation on the ground: “Ukraine is entering a very, very difficult winter.”
