Nate Erskine-Smith claims nomination rival doesn’t live in Scarborough Southwest. ‘I’m not sure where he’s coming from,’ his opponent says

Toronto Star: “I’m not sure where he’s coming from. I’m here, like, full-time,” said Hafiz, who was running hard for the federal Liberal nomination before longtime MP Bill Blair resigned to become Canada’s high commissioner to the United Kingdom. Prime Minister Mark Carney then appointed Begum as his party’s candidate in an April 13 byelection.
